My name is Katie Fischer. I have been a Florida resident for since 2001 years and a Matlacha resident since 2008. I am originally from Ohio, so no matter how long I live in Florida, I will always be a Buckeye fan! My family has resided on Pine Island for 30 years. Growing up I spent many summer vacations and spring breaks here with my family and I knew someday this would be my home. Now I am living my dream! I have a passion for anything on the water so naturally, Pine Island is my paradise! I could never imagine myself living anywhere else.
Prior to starting my real estate career, I was in the hospitality business. My background in the hospitality business gave me a strong passion for customer service. Providing excellent customer service has always been my number one goal. It has become second nature for me, so it only makes sense to place myself into an occupation that fully utilizes my abilities. Listening is one of my greatest assets. I currently work for Century 21 Sunbelt Realty Inc. on Pine Island and am the top producers in my office. I am also a member of the Royal Palm Coast Board of Realtors.
